Despite its success, the new CEO had their sights set on more ambitious targets and knew the brand could achieve far greater reach with the right tools. Ironically the old brand was cluttered to the hilt and out of our strategic audit we could see where the brand equity lay.
With a more useable brand toolkit we could create and overhaul all of their collateral both visually and written. We addressed everything from uniforms, labels, packaging, boxes and POS through to working with their property team on large scale signage, in-store graphics and wallpapers, down to literature, merchandise and door drops.
On the strength of our communications work we were asked by HR to overhaul numerous internal communications materials to bring empowerment inside the business. These included staff coaching pieces, rewards packages, staff giveaways, conference collateral and handbooks.
